Your equipment, commissioned by you

In series at the factory, guided at the panel in the field. Without a specialist service provider standing between you and your own product.

  • Visible from day one the plant is live before it leaves the factory
  • One configuration factory and field work on the same one
  • Handover record falls out of field commissioning

Why this deserves its own chapter

For every controller commissioning, manufacturers have so far depended on outside specialists, of whom there are only a handful in Europe. That costs money, it costs time above all, and it makes the launch date of a new generation of equipment depend on somebody else’s calendar.

That knowledge is built into HVACloud and stays available to you.

At the factory

Devices are provisioned in series: they receive the right template application and their parameter set, run through end of line testing and report the result with the captured data to the cloud before they leave the factory.

Every device is therefore known the moment it leaves production. A service case three years later does not begin with the question of what was actually installed.

In the field

The technician on site is guided, at the panel or in the app:

  1. Create the plant
  2. Detect the controller
  3. Map the data points
  4. Function test
  5. Handover record

No training on an engineering tool is needed, and no register table.

The same configuration

Factory and field do not work on separate states. What was set at the factory is what the technician finds in the field, and what is added there appears in the cloud immediately. The plant is visible in operation from day one.

This is what it looks like

Templates instead of projects

One application per device type, with scope, protocol and embedded credentials. It shortens every further commissioning.

The schema templates: the list per protocol on the left, an opened template on the right with its scope in nodes and leaves, connection defaults and the snapshot as JSON.

Better shown than read

We will show you this area on a real plant, set up around the equipment you build.
