The map
The platform at a glance
HVACloud follows the lifecycle of a plant. Each area has its own page with the full depth. What prediction learns flows back into operation.
- Commissioning From controller to cloud, in the factory and in the field, without specialists.
- Operation Visualisation, your own apps, alarms and administration in one place.
- Grid Load shedding and load shifting through APIs for grid operators.
- Prediction Telemetry becomes predicted service calls.
Commissioning
From controller to cloud, in the factory and in the field, without specialists.
- Architecture Controller, edge client, cloud, people. Configuration comes from the cloud, the client keeps running when the line drops.
- Connectivity Seventeen protocols are built in. Discovery finds the devices, the data point editor maps them.
- Cloud-to-cloud Plants from an existing vendor cloud appear in the same tenant as native ones.
- Factory and field Provisioned and tested in series, guided in the field through to the handover record. Without specialists.
- Hardware Panel and gateway from our own production. Only approved hardware connects.
How it works
How HVACloud is put together: controller, edge client on a touch panel or gateway, the cloud, and the people using it. Client dumb, server smart.
Read onConnectivity
HVACloud connects controllers, meters, inverters and room devices over seventeen built in protocols, EEBUS included, with discovery, a data point editor and template applications.
Read onCloud-to-cloud
HVACloud knows three ways to connect a plant: natively through a panel or gateway, cloud-to-cloud from an existing vendor cloud, and further third party clouds.
Read onFactory and field commissioning
Series commissioning at the factory with end of line testing and data capture, guided field commissioning at the panel or in the app, both on the same configuration.
Read onAI assistants
AI assistants in HVACloud for schema grouping, units, dashboards and analyses. Vendor independent, licensed through us or with your own model.
Read onHardware
Touch panels in the Pro class and the smart home class, the GWPro as a gateway without a display, certified device access, and remote access over an overlay mesh instead of a VPN concentrator.

Visualisation, your own apps, alarms and administration in one place.
- Visualisation 22 ready made widgets, animated plant schematics, a web HMI in the cloud and a local HMI at the panel with no restriction.
- Your own apps and HMIs Design interfaces yourself, in the online designer without programming or in HVACStudio. Changes reach the field over the air.
- Alarm management Define alarms yourself in a graphical rule set, roll them out as templates and delegate them to service partners.
- Operations and administration Tenants for manufacturers, system partners and operators. Roles, plant administration and over the air updates.
Visualisation
Web HMI and local HMI with 22 ready made widgets, animated plant schematics, a time programme editor and energy flow and COP displays.
Read onYour own apps and HMIs
Design HMIs for panels and end customer apps yourself, with the online designer without code or with HVACStudio. White label is standard, changes go into the field over the air.
Read onAlarm management
Configure alarms in HVACloud yourself, roll them out as templates across groups of plants, and delegate the right to define them to service partners.
Read onOperations and administration
Multi tenancy, roles and an invitation workflow, plant administration, over the air updates for panels and usage reporting in HVACloud.
Read onGrid
Load shedding and load shifting through APIs for grid operators.
- Grid operator The request comes from the control room: reduce output when the grid needs it. It goes to an interface, not to a device.
- Interface A handover point with two directions: request out, feedback back. One integration for every device and every grid operator, over EEBUS from July 2027.
- Plant The heat pump steps down rather than being switched off. Reduction happens where the operating state allows it, and the operator keeps control.
- Market The end customer gains something from it: access to flexibility markets and grid operator tariffs, without an integration of their own.
Prediction
Telemetry becomes predicted service calls.
- Fleet Cloudia computes across the whole fleet: one plant that stands out against a thousand that do not, with no second infrastructure and no move of the data history.
- Edge Cloudia Edge computes locally on the device. The raw data stays in the building, only the result leaves it.
- Anomaly A deviation with no limit breached. The AI rings it and proposes, it does not raise an alarm of its own accord.
- Degradation A component over its service life, slowly getting worse. The trend is a proposal from which the operator makes a plan.
- Service call The proposal sits with the person who confirms it, and the crew sets off before anything stops. Back into operation.
Security and scale
ISO 27001, run in Europe or on your own premises, designed for 100,000 plants.
Security and scale
ISO 27001 certified development and operation, a dedicated instance per customer, Keycloak identity, run in Europe or on premises. Load tested with 5,000 concurrent clients.
Read onLicensing
The principle of HVACloud licensing: scaled by fleet size, run with us or on premises, add-ons per manufacturer tenant. Prices in conversation.
