Who sees what, and who may do what
Tenants for manufacturers, system partners and operators. Roles, invitations, plant administration, over the air updates and usage reporting.
- Three levels manufacturer, system partner, operator
- Over the air panel updates from the cloud
- Usage reporting the basis for your own billing
- Visualisation 22 ready made widgets, animated plant schematics, a web HMI in the cloud and a local HMI at the panel with no restriction.
- Your own apps and HMIs Design interfaces yourself, in the online designer without programming or in HVACStudio. Changes reach the field over the air.
- Alarm management Define alarms yourself in a graphical rule set, roll them out as templates and delegate them to service partners.
- Operations and administration Tenants for manufacturers, system partners and operators. Roles, plant administration and over the air updates.
Tenants
The structure mirrors how your business actually runs: you as the manufacturer, your system partners below, the operators of the plants below them. Each sees their own section.
A system partner sees the plants they look after, not those of the partner down the road. An operator sees their plant.
Roles and invitations
Rights hang off roles, not off individual accounts. New users arrive through an invitation workflow, not through a hand made account with a password sent by email.
Over the air updates
Panels are updated from the cloud. You decide which group of plants gets which version and when. An update that would have meant a drive out in the field becomes an approval.
Devices behind the gateway as well. The path does not end at the panel or the GWPro. Whatever hangs off it and accepts an update over its interface can be served through it. That answers a problem many manufacturers are only now seeing: a controller with no way out of its own cannot be updated, and a product that cannot be updated is an open flank under the Cyber Resilience Act. Through the gateway it gets a way.
Whether a device can do this is up to the device. We provide the path, the firmware and its conformity stay with the manufacturer. Cyber Resilience Act
Usage reporting
Which plants are active, which features are used, how the fleet develops. This is the basis for your own billing towards partners and customers.
This is what it looks like
Roles and permissions
Groups, individual permissions and data scopes per tenant. A service partner gets exactly what they need.
