No cookies, no analytics
This website stores nothing on your device that serves to recognise you. No analytics tool is embedded, neither Google Analytics nor any other. That is why there is no cookie banner either.
One exception, which contains no data about you: if you choose between light and dark appearance, your browser remembers that choice locally. The value never leaves your device and we do not read it.
No third party embeds
Every part of this page is served from our own server. That expressly includes the Archivo typeface: it sits with us and is not loaded from the Google Fonts CDN. Opening this page therefore creates no connection to Google or any other third party.
Server logs
When a page is requested, our web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested address, volume transferred, status code and the identifier reported by the browser. This data is required to deliver the site and to defend against attacks.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure operation. The logs are not combined with other data and are not evaluated to recognise individuals.
Demo request
If you use the request form, we process what you enter: name, company, email address, optionally a phone number, and your message. We use it solely to answer your enquiry.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering a contract. The details go to a mailbox of sinnograte GmbH and are not passed on to third parties. They are deleted once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention period stands in the way.

Downloads
Downloading a file from the download area creates an ordinary server request as described above. No sign in or personal data is needed for it and none is asked for.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact office@sinnograte.at.
If you believe the processing of your data breaches the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: www.dsb.gv.at.
