One instance per customer, certified, wherever you need it
Keycloak identity, a dedicated instance per manufacturer, ISO 27001 at sinnograte, run in European data centres or in your own. Load tested with 5,000 concurrent clients, designed for 100,000 plants.
- ISO 27001 development and operation certified
- One instance per customer no shared database
- 100,000 plants the architecture is built for it
One instance per customer
Your data does not sit in a shared database next to that of other manufacturers. You get your own instance.
That is the answer to the question that comes up in every corporate review: what happens if another customer of this platform is compromised. The answer is that it does not touch your instance.
Data ownership
The data from your plants belongs to you. You decide who sees it, how long it is kept, and what happens to it if the relationship ends.
Identity
Sign in runs through Keycloak. Among other things that means your existing corporate sign in can be connected, instead of your staff managing yet another password.
Remote access to devices in the field
The way onto a device in the field runs over an overlay mesh, not over an entry into the operator’s network: the device builds the connection outwards, no inbound port stays open, and what gets connected is two endpoints rather than two networks. A VPN is supported as well, where an operator’s IT requires one.
Access is granted per device, it is time limited and it is logged, and that log is audited. Remote service is therefore not a standing right but a grant with an expiry date and a record. What the device brings for this is under Hardware.
Certification
sinnograte is certified to ISO 27001, for development and for operation.
Where your instance runs
That is not a fixed answer but a decision you make.
In Europe. The normal case. The data does not leave the EU. If your group policy requires a particular region, the instance is set up there.
On your own premises. HVACloud also runs in your own data centre if you need that. It is a different licence model, not a different product.
For manufacturers buying under group policy, what usually decides it is not where it sits today but whether it can go where the policy requires.
Scale
Load tests with 5,000 concurrent clients ran without degradation. The architecture is designed for 100,000 plants.
That figure is not meant as advertising but as an answer to whether the platform will still carry your fleet in ten years.
